چکیده

左右の視差で奥行を知覚する両眼視差方式の 3D映 像ディスプレイシステムは,現在本格的な実用化に 至っている.しかしながら,この方式では水晶体によ るピント調節からもたらされる立体感を刺激しないた め,視距離が近い場合,観察者のふくそうとピントの ずれ,いわゆるふくそう調節矛盾を発生し,眼精疲労 を引き起こす要因となる. 一方,ホログラフィは光の波面そのものを再生する ため,両眼視差だけではなく人間が有する全ての奥行 知覚や運動視差機能を複合的に刺激し,全く違和感の ない完全な 3D映像を再生することができる.古典的 なホログラフィは写真技術であるが,近年のコンピュー タの飛躍的な技術発展に伴い,現在では実在しない 物体の干渉縞を作成することも可能となりつつある. これを計算機合成ホログラム(Computer-Generated Hologram,以下 CGH)と呼ぶ.近年我々は,新しい 計算手法とレーザリソグラフィ技術を用いて超高解像 度 CGHを作成しており,古典的な光学ホログラムに
